Admin Assistant / Executive




Job Specifications:
  • Carry out daily office administration needs.
  • Liase with Internal Staffs to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly.
  • Analysis Data and process report as and when it needed.
  • Focus in preparing related documents and correspondences by performing data entry and etc.
  • Any other administrative duties that may assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be added advantages.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill.
  • Good writting and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Able to multi-task and work indepedently with proper co-ordination skills.
