MALL CONTRACTS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tenants in the malls are operating with ‘Live’ contracts- fixed and food court tenants
- Track, monitor all Tenancy Agreements to ensure it reflects the commercial terms agreed and review contract terms against legal standards
- Work on all litigation cases together with the lawyers and liaise with legal team and external lawyers on all contracts and litigation matters
- Ensure compliance with Tesco standards are upheld in all contracts to manage our investment and maximize profits
- Establish and maintain routines for all billings and troubleshoot issues with tenants and internal team
- Forecast and manage cost centre expenditure within budget
- Develop routines and reports to track the KPIs
- Prioritize and resolve complex inter-related problems using own knowledge and team resource
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience in contract administration, writing and producing contracts in accordance with the country legal requirements and Tesco standards
- Must have legal knowledge
- Proven track record of attention to detail regarding legal standards
- Must be able to lead, manage and develop a team

MALL OPERATIONS MANAGERS
Responsibilities:
- Establish and build positive tenant relationships that grow the business for both Tesco and tenant and ensure our mall is the preferred location fortenants
- Deliver the income and profit plan for each mall through the right mix, optimum space management, effective negotiations and debt management
- Manage and control all aspects of operations standards so that the environment is conducive for customers and tenants Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management or its equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to travel/relocate outstation at short notice
- Good business acumen and numerical skills

MALL LEASING MANAGERS
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the tenant mix for all malls to deliver the best customers’ offer for the catchment
- Deliver the income and profit plans for each mall through the right mix, occupancy maximization, better negotiations and effective debt management
- Manage and negotiate the best commercial terms to deliver long term profit targets for new malls and renewals
- Seek and secure new national/international tenants to enhance customers’ offer and make the shopping experience fresh and exciting
- Establish and build positive tenant relationships that grow the business for both Tesco and tenants
Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years leasing experience in shopping malls
- Excellent retailers’ contacts

MALL CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for new contracts, amend existing contracts or termination of contracts to manage company’s investment and maximize profit
- Act as the first point of reference for tenants who have contract issues
- Prepare contacts, contract administration and maintain databases
- Follow-up on overdue contracts from tenants and leaseholders
- Analyse contracts
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year experience
- Experience in contract and/or data administration
- Proven track record of attention to details
- Knowledge of legal contracts or drafts is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications to produce reports/presentations
- Experience in balancing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Chinese dialects is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, highly initiative, independent and able to influence at all levels
- Possess local knowledge, experience and/or cultural sensitivity

MALL PROMOTIONS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Implement customer focus promotions and achieve promotion space and income targets
- Deliver all communication materials accurately and on time
- Ensure stores understand what are required of them from the Marketing Department
- Ensure tenants and customers like our promotions
- Make recommendations for new and innovative ideas to drive both customer and income growth
- Ensure the Point of Sale is accurate across all malls Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 years experience
- Significant experience in a customer and tenant driven environment at a managerial level and also with external agencies
- Experience in managing a team
- Good influencing, promotion, trade planning and data managing skills
- Strong analyzing and decision-making skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A good team player, customer-focused, self-driven and highly initiative

MALL CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Provide a robust credit control process and ensure all income due from the mall tenants are collected
- Minimize the risk of bad debt by actively monitoring and following up with Tenants & Leasing team on payments and be the first point of reference for tenants regarding debt inquiries
- Work/liaise with the contracts team, highlight issues on billings and provide feedback to contracts updates discussed and agreed with thetenants for the MMS system
- Work/liaise with the finance team on all payments made by the tenants
- Identify and work cross functionally to implement on tenant issues
- Initiate tenant meetings and action plans on debt Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with minimum 1 year experience
- Proven track record of attention to detail with experience in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications to produce reports/presentations
- Experience in balancing priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to

Responsibilities:
- Provide and suppport the Leasing Administration to ensure tenancies are confirmed
- Provide support to market analysis
- Analyse and gather information on current and future tenants and maintain all leasing databases
- Constantly seek new potential tenants for upcoming malls
- Monitor and track competitor activities and provide feedback

- Build and maintain good tenant relationships through clear communication
