1. ELECTRICIAN (CLOSING DATE : 24 NOVEMBER 2011)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chargeman to carry out preventive maintenance program on all electrical equipments based on the Standard Operating Procedure to prolong equipments life span and reduce number of breakdowns
- Attend to breakdowns and defect complaints within acceptable response time in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure
- Inspect, diagnose and rectify electrical faults or defects
- Carry out wiring works, electrical test and repair works
- Practice safety and health practices for all electrical works in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure
- Assist in execution of the electrical and electronic waste handling and disposal program
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
- Minimum Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA) with at least a valid Wireman (PW3) Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
- Minimum 2 year(s) experience as a wireman
- Good practical knowledge in electrical maintenance and installation
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Positive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
